1. Introduction

When the visitor is from a jurisdiction in terms of data protection, which is not indicated in this document (Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, European Union or USA) will be considered as in the USA and will be afforded the same rights as in any other jurisdiction in which inConcert operates.

The website visitor knows and accepts that requests for further information, product demonstration, downloading of free contents and subscription to the blog are compulsorily conditioned to the initial full acceptance of all the above-mentioned purposes. In case of not accepting such condition, the visitor must refrain from completing the forms offered on the Website for the purposes described above.

11. Rights

The visitor may exercise before inConcert his rights of access; rectification; deletion; limitation of processing; data portability; opposition and not to be subject to automated individual decisions, including profiling. Similarly, in the processing of visitor data whose legitimacy is based on the consent given by the visitor, the latter has the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the request for processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
